Army Welfare Education Society (AWES) is an Indian Army managed organization which manages and ensures proper education facilities to children of Indian Army personnel. Candidates must be aged between 29 to 40 years for AWES PRT, TGT, PGT Recruitment 2017. Experienced candidates can be aged as much as 57 years but not more than that. In terms of educational qualification, PGT-applicants should possess post graduation with minimum 50% and B.Ed and TGT & PRT aspirants should possess graduation with minimum 50% and B.Ed. As per salary structure, Basic and Grade Pay will be as per Central Government rates and Allowances will be decided by respective school management. The same will be subject to financial viability of the school.
The authority will conduct selection process for AWES PRT Recruitment 2017 in three phases: written test, interview, and skill test. To qualify for interview and evaluation of teaching skills, the candidates will have to pass a Screening Examination. Test will be online based and multiple choice type.
For PGT & TGT, question will be divided in two parts: part A will consist of General awareness, Mental Ability, English Comprehension, Educational Concepts and Methodology. Part B will be on specific subject. Full mark of the test will be 90 which will be converted to a scale of 100. For PRT, questions will set on part a pattern mentioned above.
